I have always loved dogs and I believe the relationship between dogs and humans is a very special one. During my time as an undergrad, I was actually preparing to apply to veterinarian school and I spent a summer working in a veterinary office, where I walked and fed the dogs who were boarding there, as well as kept their areas and food bowls disinfected. I observed the care needed to make them feel safe and protected. I decided to devote my life to the arts instead, but continued to use the training I earned as an assistant vet with my own dogs and through the interactions I had with other dogs. I am passionate about dogs' well-being and fair treatment. I believe all dogs and their owners should be treated with respect, as I am a thorough believer that a dog's behavior is a reflection of the energy he is surrounded by. Once dogs are treated with love and respect, they match that same love and respect ten times over. I raised two dogs since they were puppies, but sadly, in the beginning of 2018, my thirteen year-old lab mix had to be put to sleep due to old age. during the time he was aging, I learned how to delicately handle a dog suffering arthritis, and how to better accommodate them to make sure daily functioning is manageable. Currently I have one dog, whom I have been taking care of for the past twelve years. I'm very much in tune with a dog's behavior, and can sense when they are hungry, bored, scared, in need of a walk or just need more affection. I am actress, but currently I am home when I am not working my part-time job or auditioning.
