I’m a responsible and hard working individual with a passion for working with and helping animals. I have over 20 years experience working with and caring for animals of all sizes. Since I was born to the present, my family has bred pure bred Golden Retriever dogs and I have had the great opportunity to work with them. From a very young age I learned how to train dogs and continued to show dogs in both obedience and showmanship. At about 8 years old I won my first grand championship and continued to win many more over the years that followed. At the moment I no longer show my dogs but I continue to train dogs professionally. At 2 years old I started working with horses. From the age of 4 years old to the present I have ridden and shown horses in many different disciplines all over the country. For many years I showed both my dogs and horses but my involvement showing horses increased in my teenage years and I was later faced with a choice to continue showing dogs or horses as an adult. I chose to follow my passion showing horses and continued training dogs professionally with the hope to continue showing dogs in the future. The years of experience working with animals has given me the opportunity to become very familiar with hands on ambulatory and basic medical procedures. I’m very capable of administering shots, giving medications, and fulfilling general animal care. I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to be so involved with animals. I truly love animals and hope to continue working with them for a very long time! I hope I will be considered when choosing care for your animal.
