Pet care experience
I rescue kittens and dogs from nasty situations like abuse, and place them into rescue/foster homes. I love animals and have since I was kid and grew up with both cats and dogs. I advocate for animal rights and always will!

Kara did a great job. This was our 2nd time having Kara care for our pup at our home for the weekend while we were out of town. She’s very professional and sends updates each visit letting us know how Roxie is doing.
Kara stepped up for us at the very last minute. Our previous person canceled on us Thursday night and Kara was there Friday morning taking care of our little one. We appreciate you.
I’ve always known Kara to give a chance to every animal that they’ve come across. Kara is a great foster “parent”, as well as having their own animals. I think with Kara’s love for animals and caring nature, they would be perfect as a dog sitter for this company.

I need to know if your dog is reactive or doesn't like a certain behavior. I also need to know if your puppy needs a certain accommodation! I'm open to pretty much anything, I just need to be made aware.
A typical day
I love to engage dogs with their toys when I watch them! Enrichment is also huge with me and I want to make sure your dog is entertained. If you are comfortable with it, I know a dog park in Farmville, NC near where I reside that I love taking dogs to, especially if they're reactive. It's not a busy park at all but provides lots of room to run and learn the terrain.

I don't have a full time job at the moment, so my cats get a lot of attention! I do have a lot of free time so I am willing to hang out with your pup or kitty for a bit to entertain them!
