Hello! My name is Kar and I have been an avid dog lover ever since I was little. I come from a family of dog loving people- we've ALWAYS had a dog, we take in strays, and we dog sit all the time. I have no preference with dogs; I love taking care of all ages and sizes! Growing up, I've had a cocker spaniel, a labrador, a chihuahua, and a weiner dog. Currently, I own a friendly 75lb Siberian Husky who loves cuddling and singing "I love you!" My apartment is small, but I have a kennel for my dog (if requested). I live by the East River, so I can either walk/jog/run your dog up and down by the water, or go to Central Park just a few avenues away. Since I am a teacher (7 years strong), I am very caring, patient, and attentive, by nature so I will definitely be the same with your pooch. I will also have the summer off meaning more time for your pup.

I know you have heard that a dog is man's best friend, we'll Kar is a dog's best friend. From big huskies to tiny chihuahuas Kar has cared for, nurtured, and cherished dogs of all sizes and breeds. She's patient, attentive, extremely knowledgeable, pays attention to detail, and just has a great way with dogs. She even grew up with her first dog being a large Sheep dog when she was just a little girl. I feel that she would make an excellent dog care giver and would be a great asset to anyone who needs a helping hand with dog duties. She has always taken great care of my 4 dogs whenever I needed her.
Kar is a proud owner of Tunu, a beautiful husky. Having a big fur baby is quite tough in New York City, but Kar dedicates so much time to Tunu. She makes him her number one priority as soon as she gets home from work, treats him to nice walks in Central Park, and he is by her side while she cooks, cleans, and sleeps. Not only has Kar's treatment of Tunu demonstrated that she is a responsible dog caregiver, it also shows that she has plenty of love to give for all of the other furry friends in the city.
