I have always loved dogs and now that I am 50 years old and retired, I would love to help you take care of yours while you are at work or out of town. I have done part time petsitting for many years and am now continuing here in the Denton/Valley View/Gainesville, Texas area. I am able to walk your dogs or petsit in your home either with occasional visits or housesitting. I am experienced in giving medications. I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate most requests during the day or night. I have several references and I am looking forward to meeting you and your dogs. Kandy was flexible to the needs of our basenji's quirks and habits. As a first time Rover customer, my doubts were put to rest and felt comfortable leaving them in her care. She visited twice before the stay so it didn't take long for them to warm up to her. Overall good experience.
Having rescued and adopted retrievers, Kandy understands the special needs dogs may have. Kandy cared for our pack of 8-10 rescue dogs for several years. Trustworthy and compassionate, Kandy tended to their feeding, watering and medicating; and gave lots of pats! With large retrievers of various ages, the foods and meds required attention to detail. We never worried about our pack, knowing they were in good hands. I recommend Kandy without hesitation. If only we still lived in the same city as Kandy....
Kandy is an exceptional dog sitter and person. She is so pleasant to have in your home and our dogs absolutely loved her. If you are looking for someone to assist with your animals she is excellent to work with.
Kandy has taken care of my two pups MULTIPLE times, and boy do they love her. She'll treat your fur babies like the people you think they are. (; She's got a knack for giving them snuggles, exercise, and love. If you need a sitter - look no further. Your dogs will thank you.
