Pet care experience
Hello all! My name is Kamree and I’ve had about five years experience taking are of cats and smaller dogs at Mostly Mutts Animal Adoption, located in Kennesaw, GA. I treated this volunteering opportunity as a serious job as I absolutely fell in love with pet care: I’ve learned how to walk small dogs properly, the tips and tricks of administering medicine, proper feeding and hygiene etiquette, while also learning how to fully care for cats of all sizes and personalities. I currently have two cats of my own, Rigby and Jax who I would literally give anything in the world to see safe and happy. Both I had the fortune of meeting at my local Humane Rescue Alliance, and we have been a pact ever since. I have since learned so much and love to extend care to pets of those I am close to when I have free time.

Because I work remote, I spend most of my time at home. This gives me plenty of range to fully tend to your cats’ needs, along with assuring the best safety possible. I live in a two-story townhome with a ton of space, cat treats, cat music, and sunlight!

I would love to know ahead of time if your cat has any issues meeting new people. I am fully aware that some cats require more time and patience, so I’d like to make sure I am fully prepared to administer to your cats’ needs.
A typical day
Although my services are only open for cats, that does not mean they can’t have fun too! I love to incorporate fun activities like box play, rope/string tugging, petting, and I have even gotten slipped into a game of “tag” with one clients’ tabby. I sometimes allow cats to sit on my balcony (full-supervision) in order to have outside time, but still making sure they are safe and away from danger in the process.

Availability
I currently work remote part-time with flexibility to travel, so I have a great selection of availability during the week and most weekends. I prefer to travel due to comfortability of the cats, but I am open to drop-offs.
