I'm not even sure where to begin with this review. Initially, everything started great. Kalvin came and did a meet and greet. He was also swift to respond to all my messages. After the initial meet and greet, I thought he was going to be a great fit. I was VERY wrong. We met up so I could drop my keys off, and while I was giving him instructions, he was texting somebody on his phone and barely made eye contact. This made me feel uneasy, but I didn't think too much of it. I leave town (and leave the state) thinking my cat is being taken care of. At 7 pm (the drop-in visit time), I receive no notice that Kalvin has started his check-in. I texted him at 8 pm, asking him if he had fed the cat yet. NO RESPONSE. I call him at 8:40 pm, and when he picks up, he sounds discombobulated and out of it. He proceeded to tell me his "studio session" ran over, and he was heading over to my house now. It sounded like he had no intention of even going to my house until I called him. This is not okay. I asked him to leave my keys on the counter, and I had to drive back to my apartment from another STATE in order to make sure my cat was with someone who would follow my instructions and be there when I asked them to be. This situation was TERRIBLE and incredibly stressful. I would BOOK ELSEWHERE before trusting him with my pet.

Honestly was skeptical with using this app. But Kalvin Dodd an amazing job and I look forward to booking him again!
