Hello, my name is Kalu (which translates as "little smart bunny"). I lived in the States in New Jersey for some time, but moved back to my hometown Munich in 2021. Seitdem arbeite ich als Event Managerin in Bogenhausen. Da meine Mutter Reisejournalistin ist, konnten wir nie eigene Haustiere haben, obwohl ich mir immer einen Hund gewünscht hätte. Deshalb habe ich während der High School ein Jahr lang in einer Hundeschule mitgeholfen. Ich arbeite in einem kleinen Büro zusammen mit 4 Kollegen. Früher hatten wir einen Bürohund, Jackie, den wir alle sehr vermissen. Als ich in den USA gelebt habe, habe ich mich 5 Tage die Woche um einen Labradoodle-Welpen gekümmert; deswegen würde ich mich auch hier in München über regelmäßige Meetings sehr freuen. Wenn Sie Ihren Hund über Nacht bei mir lassen, können Sie sich auf lange Spaziergänge und Kuscheleinheiten auf der Couch freuen.

Kalu was the best sitter I’ve ever had! She took such good care of my little guy. My dachsy gets bad anxiety when he’s left alone, so she went out of her way to make sure that didn’t happen. She took him everywhere with her, to all her outings, to the lake, and even to work! I was also given daily updates, which gave me the ability to enjoy my trip. I couldn’t recommend her more!
Wir haben super gute Erfahrungen mit Kalu gemacht. Super zuverlässig, freundlich und kompetent. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in München sind, werde wir Kalu sicher erneut frage, auf unsere Coco aufzupassen!
Kalu ist wirklich eine super Hunde-Sitterin. Sie is sehr zuverlässig und ich habe ein total gutes Gefühl dabei ihr meinen Anton anzuvertrauen. Auch unabhängig davon finde ich, dass Kalu ein sehr authentischer und sympathischer Mensch ist :)
Kalu is a great dog caregiver! On many occasions she has watched my Bichon, Sophie! Sophie loves spending time with Kalu and I never have to worry about her wellbeing when I am away.

I have to know if your dog rather stays for himself, socialized with other dogs or is attached to humans so I can offer him a safe environment and a place he feels home. Either way, all canines are welcome and I will try to build a trust-based relationship with your fur baby.
A typical day
As I live in an area with lots of green and woods I am the perfect partner for long walks and play sessions. We have many dogs in the neighborhood, so if your pup likes to play and socialize he would be very happy here. I am big into cuddling and playing, but also enjoy training as I assisted in a dog school for one year.

Availability
I’m currently working full-time at the office. All my colleges love dogs and we take turns with breaks and walks during the day. I have a dog bed at the office and bowls for food and water.
