I’m Kallyn and I’m pretty sure I was a dog in my previous life. I am so passionate about them - their care and well-being, which is why I became a pet sitter. I’m definitely always the girl at the party sitting on the floor with the pooch, and it’s pretty much a guarantee that wagging tails make me the happiest! Currently, We have to pups in our home; Birdie our golden retriever and Bucket the beagle. When I’m pet sitting, I think about how I feel when I’m away from my dog. I always want to be sure Birdie is in protected and trustworthy hands, is well-taken care of, and most of all: happy as can be. I want to be the reliable and trusting hands that care for your loved one while you’re away, easing the stress that comes along with people leaving their dogs for a few hours, days, or even a week or two! Your fur baby will be my top priority and I’ll treat them the same way I treat my own pup - with love, care, and lots of affection. Your dog will love that they can relate to me. I’m energetic and fun and feel comfortable in a variety of situations. I can read dogs and can usually sense when they need to go out, have a snack, or just indulge in some snuggles and belly rubs. We live in a beautiful home in Orono where there are trees to snooze under, couches to cozy up on, and lots of creatures to play with! Our neighborhood is small and during the day there isn’t too much noise or hustle and bustle, which means we have free range to bark and play. Our yard is on the smaller side, but that just means more walks for your furry friend. It isn’t fenced-in either, but I have a lead where your pups can have supervised fun in the great outdoors.
