***Have a small service dog that goes to all house sitting gigs*** I have been caring for animals since I was 10 years old when I began helping my neighbor feed and walk her dog a few times a week. Since then I have helped friends, family and neighbors with their dogs, cats, fish, chickens and birds. I have experience with boarding in my home with my 4 dogs, I have stayed in the client’s home with their pets and I have visited multiple times a day while staying at home - all depending on the person’s wishes and the animals’ needs. ****I have a small service dog (yorkie Poddle named Roxy) she is great with other dogs but she does have to go with me to any house stays. I cannot be without her for more than an hour. I am happy to schedule a meet and great to make sure your dogs and other pets are comfortable with her. Let me know!! **** UPDATE (6/1/21): I will be unable to board dogs for the time being. I am hopeful that this is just a temporary set back but for now it is in the best interest of my dogs to continue petsitting outside my home. Previous customers I may be willing to negotiate with so contact with questions/inquiries. I will update my details when it is available again. I currently work 40hrs a week from 10-6pm so if your pet has more requirements i will not be able to care for them. I am off Saturday and Sunday and live with my parents in a nice home with a nice backyard for dogs to run and explore (no fence). I am willing to work with you and your pets to meet their needs. I live with my parents in small home in Mount Horeb. We have a big back yard but no fence so dogs either go out on a leash or, if they are good about staying close, they are allowed to roam the yard with my 4 small dogs. I live close to the bike trail and there are lots of good neighborhoods to walk in and parks to explore. If your dog doesn’t mind the car, there are some dog parks fairly close by and some state parks for hikes. My parents both love dogs (2 of the 4 are theirs) and my dad is especially loving and playful with them. He is retired and my mom is working from home during COVID so they will give plenty of love and snuggles! As I mentioned, I have 4 dogs right now that are all under 25lbs. I have two males and two females and they are all pretty well behaved and sociable with other dogs. Roxy, my Service dog, is especially outgoing and playful and loves making new friends. If my home seems to chaotic for your pet, Roxy and I are also willing to come to your home instead! She is an amazing traveler and great house guest so your home and your pet will be safe in her paws. I am always happy to do meet and greets first to ensure that your pet will get along with mine!
