Pet care experience
I've always been around animals and love them all as if they're my own! I foster and volunteer for a local rescue, and have one dog and two bunnies of my own. I've cared for many different sizes and breeds of animals, including some with medical and/or behavioral needs. I have experience with crate training, potty training, and basic command training. I make a point of ensuring a dogs physical and mental stimulation needs are met on a daily basis through ample outdoor time, long walks, command training, games, and more.

Kallie is absolutely amazing! Our dog Nigel has separation anxiety and becomes stressed when left...unless he is staying with Kallie or having her visit his house. When I pick Mr. Nigel up from a visit with her, he looks at me like...um, who are you. I know that Nigel is getting SOOO many snuggles, attention, and affection with Kallie and that makes leaving him so much easier. She has a huge heart and is beyond kind! Leaving Nigel with Kallie is the equivalent of leaving your child with their favorite aunt. Nigel gives her 5 paws, and I give her 5 stars.

I have a fully fenced in yard, but still go outside with the dogs to keep an eye on them. My dog, Piper, loves every dog she's ever met and loves when we have visitors! She does a great job sharing her toys, water bowl, and human attention. If/when I do leave dogs home alone, I keep an eye on them while I'm away by using cameras. I have a home security system that would alert me to any potential emergencies, such as a fire, carbon monoxide leak, or excessive crying/barking.

A typical day
We love to go on long walks around our neighborhood! There are some great parks nearby. We also love to have four legged friends come over and host our own little 'dog park' right in our backyard. I make a point of ensuring a dogs physical and mental stimulation needs are met on a daily basis through ample outdoor time, long walks, command training, games, and more. Once everyone is worn out, we'll snuggle up on the couch for some quiet time!

Availability
I work from home full time, and my schedule can be flexible to allow for ample potty breaks. My daily routine is based around my dogs needs. I make a point to never leave dogs alone for more than four hours should I need to run errands or if I have plans. Their needs always come first!
