Hello there! I’m a 27 yr old named Kali. I am my friends’ and neighbors’ go-to person for pet sitting. They know that they can count on me to keep their pooch calm during times of stress, and keep them engaged in outdoor activities to get their energy out (I love to hike). Also, since I work only part-time I have most of the day to keep your dog(s) company! I have years of experience watching many different breeds and temperaments of dogs. This includes young puppies, senior dogs, dogs that need medicine, very energetic dogs, and dogs who are fearful of strangers. So far, none have been too difficult for me to handle. Lastly, I will add that I am respectful in others homes and I always leave the home exactly as it was left to me. *I can provide care for other types of animals just let me know! I have experience with goats, chickens, and sheep.

We were very nervous using Rover for the first time, however Kali put our minds at ease the moment we met her. She stayed at our house for a week and cared for our 13 year old dog. She communicated with us daily and at no point were we stressed. We came home to our home exactly like we left it and our dog was as happy as could be. We liked the fact she kept our dog in her normal routine as it made it easier on her that we were away. She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her!!
Loved having Kali take care of our animals and house while we were away for a week! We received pictures and updates on how our dog and cat were doing which gave us peace of mind that our animals were not stressed by us being gone. Kali took great care of our house and even made sure our plants were taken care of in the blistering Redding heat. She went above and beyond our expectations! Book a stay with Kali- she’s terrific!
Kali watched my pups on short notice and sent lots of pictures. I have 3 dogs who can be pretty excitable so I really wanted a sitter with a calm energy to keep them at ease when I’m away, Kali is that person! I’ll definitely work with Kali the next time I need someone to watch my pups
Kali was wonderful! When I first met her, she had a wonderful sweet loving energy. She soaked up all the information about our dog Bodhi, and asked good questions. While we were away she sent us a couple of photos, which we LOVE. She took good care of our house- it was just as neat and clean as we left it for her. Bodhi seemed happy as usual when we got home. We will definitely ask Kali to watch Bodhi again next time we need Rover!

Depending on the activity needs for the dog, I can be as active or as mellow as they need. I will never leave the dog unsupervised for long lengths of time. I follow all of the owner’s directions, and can send updates during the day. While house sitting I clean up and keep the house exactly as you left it. I never feed your dog human food or treats that they shouldn’t have. I can also help with training and house rules if that is what you request.

List of any medication and feeding schedule. I would like to know how social and how active the dog is. Let me know if there are certain places the dog loves to go. Also, if there are any aggressions (such as food aggression).
A typical day
There is so much to do in the area. If an active dog, we will go to a nearby hiking trail and explore for a few hours. On a hot day we will cool off in the river or lake. If a social dog, we can go to the dog park. For older dogs, we can hang out in the grass at the park, take a nap, or stroll through town. For puppies, we will play stimulating games and practice with basic commands. It really depends on the dogs personality and the owner’s preferences.

I have my own cleaning business and work from around 11 am to 3 or 4 pm. While not at work I can provide constant company for your dog.
