Pet care experience
I grew up around many dogs which included pit bulls, a doberman, and a greyhound. My grandma had 5 cats and 2 dogs that I was also around a lot as I was growing up. As a teen I worked at The Aviary Bird Shop in South Miami for several years and miss it to this day. As an adult, I adopted my current fur-baby from the Humane Society 9 years ago. I have been a paralegal for the past 19 years, I am a mother of 25 year old twin sons, and an avid animal lover. I am honest, trustworthy, compassionate and responsible. Rest assured, you can enjoy your time away from home and trust that I will take excellent care of your pets and/or home while you are gone. I have many years of experience with cats, birds, and fish! My little dog doesn't like any other animals so I can't offer boarding in my house but I would love to get the chance to play/love/take care of your pets in your home!

Outstanding, loving care.
So glad we found Kali to take care of our cat over the Thanksgiving holiday. She stopped by before we left to get everything squared away, sent us photos each day, and returned to give us our housekey when we made it home. Great communication with us and excellent rapport with our pet. Five stars!

I would like to know any aggression your fur-baby may have towards other animals or people. I would also like to know your fur-baby's likes and dislikes so that I can make his/her time as enjoyable with me as possible. And finally, where do you keep the treats? :-)
A typical day
I will make sure all the necessities are met to keep your pet safe and happy. I will play with your cat/dog if they are interested. I have some clients that love to play and others that would rather cuddle and be loved. I provide whatever they prefer/enjoy.

Availability
I work full time Mon-Fri 9-5 but can usually make myself available before and after work. Possibly at lunch too, depending on the location of your home. I’m available weekends any time unless I’m already booked.
