Pet care experience
I currently have a hound mix, Willow, with me here in Cave Junction who just turned 6 years old! My boyfriend, who lives with us, also has a 4 yo GSP named Hank. We’ve had them both since they was 3 months old, so I have plenty of first hand experience with puppies. I also have a 16 year old Golden Retriever, Goldie, and a 13 year old Australian Cattle Dog, Whiskey, who are family dogs back home. Between the four of them, I have plenty of experience with aging/geriatric dogs as well as high energy pups! I have a BS in animal science too, and I spent most of my college career working with horses and dogs. Therefore, I am experienced with animals of all sizes, ages, genders, breeds, and health status’. Willow has to take medication 4x a day for a genetic knee problem, so I am capable of administering any special medications that your pet may need too!

Kali was incredible with our Gracie (who can sometimes be finicky with unfamiliar people/ situations). Kali put her at ease immediately and was fantastic with all communication while we were away. Kali gets top ratings, in my book!
Kali is quick to respond to requests and she keeps me updated on the animals. After a pet sitting with Kali, my pets are happy and I feel they are in good hands.
Visiting family from out of state and found Kali. She was great and came to meet my temperamental German ahead of time. Received lots of updates and pictures while gone, and came home to a straight, neat house which was much appreciated since it wasn't my house!! Will definitely use her the next time we're in town.
Kali is a great sitter, she sent us pictures and videos every day and always kept us updated. Her dog is super friendly and our dog gets along great with her. Highly recommended.

We have a little house on 5 acres, so there is plenty of space for your pup to run and play! The property is also completely fenced in, so you can feel assured that they are safe in their designated play area. Also, we allow the dogs on the furniture/in the bed, so your fur baby can join in if they are allowed to at home! Inside, we have an open living room, so there is plenty of space for Willow and Hank to play with their new friends!

I need to know if your dog is house broken, crate trained, and if they have separation anxiety that could lead to destructive behavior while I’m gone from the house.
A typical day
Willow and I like to run together in the trails by the house, so if your pup is one for outdoor adventures I would love to spend time with them! I also have some experience grooming, so I can make sure your doggy gets a bath if they get dirty on their stay!

Availability
I just moved to Cave Junction, so my schedule is currently completely open! I am usually an early riser, so I prefer to start my days early. Walks and checkins first thing in the morning are no problem for me!
