Hi, my name is Kali (pronounced Kaylee), and I am excited to have this opportunity to care for your pet in my home, where he or she will be very comfortable. I am proud an honored to say that including my childhood pet; Brindle, a beautiful female boxer, whom graced my family with 10 years of love; as an adult, I have owned and loved three additional Boxers: Brandy, Coco, and Sophie, each one of them sharing 12-13 years of life with myself and my family. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to both, board and pet sit many dogs, as there were plenty in the military base housing areas I lived...many members deploying or taking trips and vacations often.. I decided to join Rover, as I appreciate the services and support they provide. I love dogs, and can’t wait to get my hands on your loving pet, to care for and nurture in your absence, providing him and/or her with attention, love and FUN! I can assure you that your pet is in good hands with me, and will be cared for and loved during his or her stay in my home. Your pet will enjoy daily walks, and trips to Kennedy Dog Park, which is less than a mile away.

Outstanding! Kali was very professional and punctual. This was our first time allowing someone outside of family care for our baby and he couldn't have been in better hands. Her communication with us was frequent keeping us at ease. She went above and beyond in caring for our pup, I am simply amazed by her ability to win my dog over in an instant. I will certainly be calling upon her assistance in the future.
She was very pleasant and reassuring. It was our first time leaving our pup and made it very easy and helpful.
Kali was a great sitter! Easy to communicate with and took good care of my little guy!
Kali was great. She watched both of my dogs for just over a week while I was on vacation. She was very accommodating and flexible with pickup and drop off times and provided prompt responses to all correspondence. She even sent the boys home with treats!

Enough about me...I am a lover of all dog breeds. I may have not met your pet's breed yet, but, I can assure you, your pet will be loved just like any other I have come in contact with. I accept small to large pet's; however, my only deal breaker's would be: an aggressive, potentially threatening pet, or a seriously ill pet, as I may not be able to care for them as needed. Our pet's are family, and I do understand that incidents and situations occur, but, I couldn't live with myself should something happen to your pet while in my care.
A typical day
When your pet stays in my home, he/she will feel like it is their own, after their initial unfamiliarity wears off. Your pet will have free reign of my home, unless I am away. A typical weekday, your pet will be either crated, if that is what you usually do, and/or confined to their own private, comfortable space. I do work full-time; however, with my job, I am able to come home at least twice a day for breaks and a quick walk, preventing additional anxiety and loneliness, as he/she will be missing you during their stay. WEEKENDS...your dog will probably never spend a moment alone, as he/she will be with me at the lake, park, out walking, or just plain having fun at home. I truly believe that pet owners are special people, unique people, and I am one of those people myself. Your dog will be happy and safe in my care. I will treat your animal/pet/family members, as I would treat my own. Pet's to me are not just pets...but, a part of the family. In fact, most people get on me for the way I treat my pets like humans. I do not believe that any pet should be purchased to sit outside, fenced in all day...what is the purpose? Pet's provide companionship, presence, and unconditional love. Pet's are a welcome, needed addition to my life.
