I’ve had dogs & cats since I was a kid and now watch them for family and friends when they need a sitter! I am looking forward to spending more time with pets in the city :)

This was our first time using Rover & for a long period of time (17days), so I was incredibly anxious about it. Thankfully, we had Kaleigh who kept us updated daily with pictures and texts. We treat our dog like another kid and it’s hard for us to leave him with just anyone. Kaleigh was AMAZING and we were able to relax and enjoy our weeklong vacation, knowing our pup, Ziggy, was being loved and taken care of…and our home. She’s our go-to dog and house-sitter!
Kaleigh is the best! She watched my high maintenance senior cat “Mr. Chips”, and he just loves her. We will definitely use her again in the future!

I have always taken my own dogs on walks, since I was young, and have a lot of experience walking and taking care of pets. I am good with following instructions if needed but am also naturally good at taking care of animals.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors beforehand so I can make sure to show up for them as I need to. Especially aggression towards other dogs or people so I can know to avoid populated areas.
A typical day
I cater activities depending on the dog. I usually ask the owner how the dog like to play and then go along with their normal routine, whether that be fetch, tug of war, or going to a park that they love. I want to make sure the dog is as comfortable as they are with their family.

I am currently only going in the office on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s so I am available morning/afternoon/evening for walking or sitting MWF. My work schedule is pretty flexible and can be worked around.
