Kaity was super responsive, met us at our house for a quick tour and was incredibly nice. And did exactly what we agreed upon. I trust that she took care of our three pups (two of which are elderly and one who takes pills two times a day!) and we would 100% have her back again.

Kaity was an hour late to our initial meeting. I had to call her after 20 minutes of not communicating that she was going to be late. No apology. Being new to Rover, I asked Kaity how she would like to meet and engage our pets. She had minimal interaction and did very little to make my dogs feel comfortable with her. She showed up a least a half hour early of her scheduled time to let our dogs out and when she had difficulty befriending our small morkie, she simply left our home - left the dog out and uncreated and did not lock our hone as instructed. I immediately contacted Kaity and never heard from her again. No txt. No communication. We had to scramble to find someone else to provide care for our pets- I canceled services immediately. I have still never heard from her. The apathy involved with her level of service is unacceptable.
