Kaitlynn was so communicative during our 2 days of drop ins. I really enjoyed the updates and photos and how she priorities getting our pup’s energy out! This was the first time we left him and I felt very at ease the entire time knowing Kaitlynn was taking good care of him! She was also flexible with some last minute changes, which I really appreciate. We will definitely be using Kaitlynn again!!

We did a meet & greet with Kaitlyn with our seven month old Labrador retriever puppy, for a future multiple nights boarding. Kaitlyn met us in her front yard gated area, and our puppy immediately went up to her. Kaitlyn is very sweet & kind person you immensely sense. Then Kaitlyn brought her two dogs in the front gated area. to meet our puppy. and that went well. We scheduled a day care visit before our multiple night stay with Kaitlyn. We were given photo updates throughout the day. It was good for Kaitlyn to see how active our puppy is & that her crate would be needed, instead of her bed, to sleep at night & nap at her home. I liked Kaitlyn’s communication about what would be needed for success with our puppy, during her four night stay. Kaitlyn was communicating with us that our puppy wasn’t wanting to play to get her energy out. Possibly missing us & not sleeping too well. Kaitlyn communicated this to us & she was willing to do what it took to help our puppy adjust. She updated us on photos, that showed her smiling or playing. Kaitlyn took our puppy on two walks a day. with one of the dogs she had, to get our puppies energy out. Kaitlyn knew this was necessary, she took the initiative. We were impressed ! As a result, it made us feel so at ease, having Kaitlyn watching our puppy. Kaitlyn loves dogs & it shows! She went the extra mile to make our puppy’s stay with her, turned out with a great outcome. We were so pleased to hear our puppy made best friends, with the dog she would walk with. That they would play together & ball together. We witnessed as we picked our puppy up. Our puppy was relaxed and came up to see me on arrival, but wanted to stay & play with her dog friend & Kaitlyn. That was great to see! We appreciate all Kaitlyn did to make our puppy’s first time overnight away from us a positive experience.😊
