Pet care experience
I’ve always felt a special connection to all animals. I have done a lot of pet sitting for friends & family over the years. I am currently a dog walker for a local company(since 2019), where I do solo & pack walks & run a doggy camp twice a week. I also have experience with administering medicine, training, & working with elderly/blind dogs. I recently took the Red Cross Cat & Dog First Aid course. Any dog that stays with me becomes a part of the family! I have one dog of my own; she’s a sweet, sassy, petite little spitfire pitbull/mountain cur mix named Saké. She is a rescue, and she has brought unlimited amounts of joy to my entire family. Saké loves meeting new doggo friends to interact & play with!

Kaitlyn has watched my pup several times while I was away on vacation and taken her for walks in the woods. She cares for my dog Rue like she’s her own. Her pup Saké loves all dogs and keeps my little one entertained while I’m away. It makes me happy to know she has a friend to play with and a person who gives her plenty of love and attention. She always sends me cute photos and videos of her playing in the woods, swimming, going to for walks and snuggling. I couldn’t recommend Kaitlyn enough!
Kaitlyn is a wonderful sitter for my two cats who adore her. She’s very reliable and always sends me updates with pics and videos which always puts me at ease when I’m away. 10/10 recommend! :)

A typical day
I create a trusting relationship with each dog I care for by practicing simple training & commands they may already know such as “sit” & “stay.” I keep the pups engaged & I stay present with them. On days when the weather is too hot or too cold, I find a comfortable place to provide alternative stimulation, like playing, learning & rewarding! I also love suggestions & following directions, if you have specific requests!

Availability
My week day schedule is flexible, and oftentimes I’m working from home. My weekend availability varies. We will go on walks at least twice a day, play in the backyard, and have lots of indoor fun.
