Pet care experience
I've grown up with around dogs my whole life but have had German Shepherds in my house since forever! I also have experiencing working at a doggie day care for about 3 years now where I walk dogs, assist in training (heal, sit, down, wait etc..). I also groom them (baths and nail trims). I have experience with older dogs that need assistance getting up from laying down or up stairs and know they need some extra time and love as well. I also have experience with puppies who I know also need extra attention and patience. I have experience working with a deaf dog but no other dogs with disabilities. I have the time, patience and love for all ages and types of dogs.

Kaitlyn is a wonderful dog care giver. She is responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and to top it off has a great personality. We trusted her to come in the house whether we were home or not without us answering the door. If needed we would have trusted her with a key, to stay in our house overnight with our dog, etc. She is a very caring individual to humans and pets. But the highest testimonial is from our dog herself. She absolutely loves Kaitlyn!
Kaitlyn has such a love for animals, dogs especially. She is trustworthy and responsible. She is willing to go out of her way to accommodate to a dogs needs.

I currently am not offering pets in my home. However, when/if I am in your home, I will treat it and your dog like my own. I will always watch it if it’s outside and it will have my undivided attention. I would want that for my dog if the roles were reversed!

I would like to know if your dog has any certain behavior(s) that might put his/her safety at risk and what I can do to help your dog cope with those behavior(s). Possible behaviors could be if your dog acts aggressive or shy or uncertain about cars, trash cans, other dogs or people, etc... It is also important to know what your dogs commands are since everyone trains their dog differently.
A typical day
We can go on walks or runs, play fetch or tug-of-war or other games your dog enjoys! While on walks or playtime inside I'd be happy to works on any commands you might think your dog needs any refreshers on. Walks will be wherever you tell me your pups favorite walks usually are or we can go for an adventure and walk a different path!

I am looking for part time work on the days I don’t intern. Availability: -Monday-Wednesday: 9am-9pm -Saturday: 10am-4pm I can come earlier or later, just ask!
