Kaitlyn was great! Got daily pictures, updates, etc - and followed all the instructions for my little guys meds and such. Will def be booking with her in the future!

We are currently in the middle of an open investigation and case review of not only video footage, but live photos sent by Kaitlyn. I am not saying Kaitlyn is a bad person, but she did not meet the basic standards she agreed to provide while watching our two dogs IN our home. We did not get frequent photos (and when we did the dogs quite honestly looked scared), we didn’t get proof or acknowledgment that she walked them at all (though we asked numerous time to receive them), in the live photos that were sent (I don’t know if she was aware they were live) we saw she brought an unapproved dog in not only our yard, but in our home (which she attempted to lie about until confronted, and then raised her voice when we expressed concern). There was dog feces (poop) in our home (mind you our dogs are fully house trained and have never pooped in the home - not even when they were puppies), which leads me to believe they were either scared or not let out - I personally believe it’s the latter. Kaitlyn falsely claims this is her “full-time” job on her profile, yet when she didn’t respond to us on the day of arrival at our home (to let us know she made it okay and was caring for the dogs) she blamed “chaotic back-to-back calls” for her four hour lapse in response, which means she isn’t caring for animals full-time as she claims. When confronted, Kaitlyn not only yelled at me, she actually blamed me for being understandably concerned and told me I “scared her” when all I did was confront her and catch her in a series of lies as she was entrusted watching our two small dogs and staying in our home. As I said, she might be a nice person, but she disrespected us personally (through text and yelling), disrespected our home (sitting for another dog in it without approval), didn’t care for us dogs (poop in house, no walks, poor quality photos of them literally doing nothing). I strongly advise vetting extremely well if you decide to book. We will be using our regular sitters moving forward. This was NOT a positive experience for us.
