Essential Workers Need Pet Care?
Pet care experience
I am home full time which gives me the flexibility to provide for your dog and their needs. In this time of difficulty, if you are an essential worker in healthcare or other areas finding yourself working more than ever and need help with your pet, please reach out. I can also help with pet care like taking your dog for vet visits if you are unable to find the time now. Do you need someone to monitor your dog while they're recovering from a medical procedure? Does your dog need some companionship with other dog friendly dogs? Does your dog have separation anxiety and can't be left alone? My home can provide all this and peace of mind for you. I volunteer and work with shelters and rescues as a dog walker and adoption coordinator. I am comfortable with the whole spectrum of breeds and sizes of dogs. I have a special fondness for and interest in senior animals and have experience with dogs with medical conditions. I have experience with heartworm positive dogs and their treatment. I also have experience in basic training methods and can continue basic training while you're away from your pup. I believe that dogs are the purest and kindest creatures and ought to be treated like a cherished member of the family. All animals must be dog friendly and current on medical care, as I have two friendly beagles.

Kaitlyn is truly the most responsible person I know and she is so passionate about animals! She volunteers regularly at the ASPCA and although she is fantastic with all dogs, she's especially great with senior dogs!

I want to know about their personality and their routine. I have learned over the years that dogs crave consistency and when mom and/or dad are gone, that's more important than ever. I want to maintain their routine as much as possible to keep them happy and comfortable, as well as providing bonus adventures as requested by mom and/or dad.
A typical day
This is best adapted to the dog's interests- a leisurely walk around the park for a senior dog, a high-energy romp at the dog park for a younger pup, a long trail for the active dog, or an evening walk on the beach. I am well-connected with pet lovers in the area due to my volunteer work and know a lot of dog-friendly places to visit as well as other friendly dogs for socialization, if you approve.
