Pet care experience
We are a professional couple with a 3 year old boy, and we all love dogs! My husband and I both grew up with dogs, and haven’t yet gotten one of our own as we used to look after our parents dogs and aren't quite ready for a doggy family member on a full time basis. We have a fenced in back yard and great walking trails and dog parks nearby. Our little guy is quite infatuated with dogs and would be happy to have family friendly dogs around for company! We have also looked after dogs of varying personalities so have experience with dogs that are picky eaters, dogs that dislike other dogs, friendly and shy, and will make sure we learn about your dog first so that it will feel at home!

Winnie loved her stay with Kaitlyn! I was a little nervous at first leaving Winnie with someone she didn’t know but she did great. We also got frequent photo updates which was a nice touch. Will definitely use Kaitlyn again.
My husband and I left our dog Nugget with Kaitlyn for 2 weeks while we were out of country on vacation. Kaitlyn went above and beyond with Nugget to ensure he felt at home. She kept our routine with him to ensure he was as comfortable and happy. This is the first time I was able to leave Nugget with someone and not worry about him, she provided us with updates and pictures which I really appreciate :) I will 150% be booking with Kaitlyn again when we need to go out of town. Thanks Kaitlyn! :)

We love all dogs and know from experience that they all have different personalities, so we just like to know what the dog is like in order to best care for them! Whether or not they like other people or dogs, when or how often they are rewarded with treats, typical eating times and habits - these all help to ensure your dog is getting the same level of care as when they are at home. As we have a young child in our home, it is also important to us that your dog is family friendly and good with children!
A typical day
We often take our adoptive dogs out to Glenmore Park for long walks, or to one of the many nearby dog parks if they like to have some off leash time to run freely.

Our professional careers have us working during regular business hours. However, our evenings and weekends are generally wide open and having a little one means we are home almost all of the time outside of working hours so our dog visitors would get a lot of attention.
