Pet care experience
I have worked in 2 different boarding/ daycare facilities for dogs and cats for roughly 4 years. I was a boarding lead at the most recent facility. I can also do medications as well! I’m used to dogs as small as 5 lbs to over 120lbs; along with all different kinds of cats too! I also have experience with animals who may have certain limitations or conditions such as cushings disease, seizures. Etc.

Kaitlyn provided exceptional care for my cat while I was away. Not only did she diligently check in on him and administer his medication, including insulin injections, but she also sent me detailed updates and lots of pictures everyday so I was still in the loop. Kaitlyn’s genuine love for animals shone through in every interaction, and both of my cats immediately took a liking to her - my boyfriend and I even joked about booking her again even when I am home just so my cats could still hang out with her! Additionally, Kaitlyn’s background in animal care and nursing instilled a sense of confidence in me that my pet was in capable hands. I wholeheartedly recommend Kaitlyn and will definitely be booking her services again in the future.
Kaitlyn was wonderful to work with and did a thorough and caring job spending time with our two kitties while we were away over Easter! She sent lots of photo updates each time she visited and feedback about how the cats were doing- specific to each cat and their unique personalities (one fat and prone to naughty behavior, and one skinny and old but cuddly!). I hope she continues to house sit so we have a good person in our roster to hire again!! We’ve worked with a few pet sitters thru Rover and she’s one of the best!

Kaitlyn did a great job caring for our pups and loving on our cats. We hired her to dog sit, but she made sure to love on our cats while she was here. She even was able to get our shy cat to come out and play while she was here. Great communication, lots of great photos! Came home to everyone looking happy and well cared for.

Anything else that is significant that you would like me to know! For any house sitting requests, I usually will not spend the night unless otherwise requested so if that’s something you want, please let me know when you request it :)
A typical day
I love to do mental activities with the animals and give them a lot of attention. If they like to play outside, ill make sure they get plenty of time! I prefer walking around neighborhoods or trails. If you take a specific walking route, just let me know!

I work PRN at the hospital and then I’m also a nursing student! Even though I am in school, I still have quite a bit an availability to hang out with your furry family member(s)!
