Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! I am a current graduate student at Clemson University, studying Biological Sciences. I received my degree in Honors Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Tennessee. I have worked personally and professionally with animals for over 7 years. I worked at Zoo Knoxville for 2.5 years and volunteered with the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley for 2 years. I have personally owned dogs, cats, gerbils, and frogs, and have had experience caring for more species than I could count! I have been on Rover since Spring of 2021, and have cared for dogs, cats, snakes, birds, fish, chinchillas, geckos, and more through the platform. I’m happy to watch any animals you make have and take care of your home in the process! I am experienced with houseplants and gardens and am happy to maintain anything living!! If you have plants or exotic animals that need sensitive care, I am the sitter for you!!

Kaitlyn was fantastic, my cat is normally standoffish but she was able to get him comfortable with her so quickly and took great care of him.

A typical day
I love to play and be outside, but I am also perfectly happy with a cozy day of reading and chilling on the couch! Let me know your dog’s favorite walking route and I’d be happy to take them.
