Pet care experience
My name is Kaitlyn! I am 21 years old and I’ve worked at a doggie day care for 2 years so I know the scene! I love to adventure and take the animals with me. I am not a certified trainer or certified in anything but I did train my own dog myself and family and friends dogs. I took my dog to Zoom Room and have certificates for him where they teach me to teach him. I also did the same at petsmart and have tons of knowledge on health, training, and all things dog and cat related. My rescue cat Forest took a lot of work but I got her comfortable and at home and one of the most well behaved cats I have ever known with time. I believe all animals should be treated like royalty because they are and they are all angels. I have tons of experience with all different types of dog breeds and cats. I love any and all animals and although I've never owned an animal other than a dog and a cat, I have worked and been around many. I am willing to learn more and accommodate any request that I can as long as I am able!

Kaitlyn is a lovely person, a clear dog lover, and took great care of my Labradoodle, Rudy. He immediately took to her and enjoyed playing fetch and going on car adventures with Kaitlyn and her awesome dog, Griffin. Rudy says, “Arf, I would definitely like Kaitlyn to come play with me again”.

I live in an apartment complex so I do not have a yard but there is a very nice doggie playground I take my dog to everyday! I do have a 50lb Lab Beagle mix here named Griffin and a rescue cat named Forest! They are both very sweet and kind and have never had an issue with another person or animal however they can be a tad grumpy and swat or bark/meow to tell you back off if they feel the vibes are off. If other animals in the home is an issue, I can put them in my bedroom :) I am open to going anywhere or animals coming to me. I think the most important in caring for any animal is building trust and making them feel safe.

A typical day
Dog parks, Walks on the beach and trails, an occasional pup cup, and tons of training treats or whatever you will allow! Cuddles and all of my love always for any animal!

Availability
I am currently out of work and trying to do this full time! Other than the occasional doctors appointment during the day and life chores I am fully open for all of your needs requested! I love to have travel companions and tag along friends to have fun with! I like to hike, go to the beach , outside patio restaurants with dogs allowed and include animals any chance I can!
