Pet care experience
I have taken care of animals as a paying job for nearly a decade for neighbors, friends, and family. It doesn't matter what the animals were, they could be cats or dogs or even hamsters! I was so motivated by my love for animals to go to school for 2 years to learn more about animals, to take care of them, to provide better care for them. I have learned how to give medication, to restrain, nail trimming, and senior care. Currently still studying ways to help provide better care for those who I look after.
Reviews
Prompt and attentive to cooper! Will book again!
Our dog Louie is always so excited to see Kaitlyn. She has lots of animal experience and knowledge working as a vet tech and we are always happy with her help. Couldn’t be happier with our new pet sitter . We love Kaitlyn!!

With caring at my client's home, I will follow instructions given to me by the client. If it involves giving a bath, nail trimming, medication giving, feeding, watering and walking, I will do it! I will provide playtime with your beloved companion, and if you are concerned I will send you pictures and videos updating the progress. If the yard is not fenced, and the animal does not respond to being called, I will make sure they go out on a leash. I always give fresh water when I come to the home, and before I leave I give fresh water. Cats I will groom, and scoop their litter. I will do what I can to make sure your companion is cared for.
Information Kaitlyn M. would like to know about your pet
What is important to know for me will be listed below. - How is the animal with new people? - Is the animal aggressive with animals? - What kind of dog? Are they big, small, or medium? - Any special needs I should know about? - Does the dog need medication? - Would you like me to take them out for walks? - Do they have specific times to eat? - Are they on a diet? - Is there anything you wish me to do such as a bathing or nail trimming?
A typical day
Well, it does depend on the animal of course, and the age. Cats I will provide a nice brisk walk, going to the park and bringing a toy along. A string toy is always fun to play with. With dogs I play fetch with a ball or frisbee, my personal favorite is tug o war. Walking is always a good exercise, but I will not stress the dog out if it is an older dog.
