Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I have been an animal lover since I was little. After two of our cats recently passed away, we currently just have our Australian Shepherd named Rosie, who I couldn't imagine life without. She comes with us everywhere we go, and through persistent training she has become the greatest companion. She loves every human and animal she meets. My friends and family often ask me to check on their pets while they're away on vacation, so I joined Rover to have the chance to meet other cats and dogs in the area too! If you are requesting me for dog boarding, I have a few requirements. Your dog must be crate trained, potty trained, obey basic commands, have good leash manners, show no signs of aggression towards humans or other animals, and be up to date on all of their vaccinations. I do accept puppies who are not fully trained yet, and I will work with them on training while they are staying at our home. If you are requesting me for cat boarding, please be sure you are fairly confident that your cat can adjust to being in an unfamiliar environment. They can become easily stressed and won't come out of hiding to eat, drink or use their litter box. We typically keep our dog in a separate area of the house so they are as comfortable as possible.
