My experience with Kaitlyn started out well but I ended up very disappointed. I booked her for an overnight stay for my three dogs and left very clear instructions, including specific feeding time. I checked in with her the afternoon of our return when I hadn’t heard from her and she said she was out getting her second vaccine (which was totally fine) and she was on her way back to our house. But when I arrived home an hour later, her car was in the driveway, the blinds were closed, the dogs’ WATER BOWL was EMPTY, her clothes were strewn all over the floor in the bathroom and she was nowhere to be found. I was completely freaked out. I called her at 6pm asking where she was and she said she had been “out to lunch” with her mom. Lunch at 6pm? Then she said her grandfather died so she was with her mom. Now, I’m no dummy, and maybe her grandfather did pass away, but that is no excuse to leave my dogs with no water on a hot day, miss their feeding time (that was clearly written down,) then lie to me about being at a vaccine appointment while simultaneously being at lunch with her mom at 6pm. At the very least she could have texted me to let me know what was going on. Not recommended!

Kaitlyn is someone we rely on. She’s always been there to help our cats and us out when we need her. Thank you!
