Pet care experience
In addition to growing up with dogs (and cats) I have worked with them in shelters and at a daycare and boarding facility, so I have spent a lot of time studying and understanding dog behavior. I have been dog sitting since I was a teenager and have always been a natural with animals. I can handle any breed and personality you may have to offer and however many dogs you have! I tend to be good at gaining favor of dogs who are a bit more timid or cautious as well. I used to work with chimpanzees, so I am always up for a challenge 🤗 I live with my fiancée who helps me care for our fur babies and she works from home!

Kaitlyn was great watching my anxious dog overnight for a few nights. She used her experience to make him as comfortable as possible while I wasn’t there. I came home to a clean home and a happy dog!
Kaitlyn took care of my sweet Finn like one of her own. She sent updates, kept me in the loop about how he was doing just the right amount to ease my worries. My dog is high energy and she brought him on many walks, made sure he was comfortable and felt safe during 4th of July. I really can’t say enough good things about Kaitlyn, I will definitely be rebooking in the future and I know Finn loved spending time with her. My house was spotless and tidy when we got home and she even watered my plants. Look no further for the perfect sitter!
She did a great job dealing with my control freakish ways, my three dogs and their quirks, one of which is slightly neurotic. She was calm and patient with my dogs. I would definitely recommend her!
Kaitlyn was really great with our 2 dogs. They seemed really happy and adjusted very well to her. You can tell she really loves animals! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to look after their fur babies!

I am very accustomed to staying in client homes. I keep things tidy, am respectful of your home and space, and a great companion for your pets while you are away! For daycare and boarding, we only allow small and medium dogs because we have two small dogs that don’t prefer being around big dogs. I have a large, jungle-like backyard for potty breaks and playtime and am happy to walk the pups around my neighborhood as well! We are crazy dog people, so we always treat your pets like our own. We will always do whatever we can to make them feel comfortable, safe and loved!

A typical day
I am very active and exercise is very important for dogs. I will play with the dogs and take them on walks. In the summer, I always make sure the pavement is not too hot, but I like to do long walks in dawn/dusk. I am also happy to work on training and mild behavioral issues.

I have classes Tuesday and Thursday evening, but my fiancée works from home and will be my partner in caring for fur babies! So when I am in class she will be there 🤗
