Pet care experience
Hey y'all I am so excited to meet you and your pets, fur babies, escape artists... whatever you may call them. I have about 6 years of experience with a wide range of pet with varying needs and personalities. From an adorable anxious Jack Russel who just needed constant love and a calm environment to a very excited terrier who loved to go for the door, but who's favorite place at all times was in my lap and in my face. I grew up with a black lab and Maine coon cat, both who were love bugs we with the occasion zoomies. I am a college student who also has some energy to get out and would love to go on walk or run with your dog (or cats if you're into that) but I also love to just chill for a couple days and hang out with any easy going pet. I have always loved animals and know how to take care of chickens if that is a need! Can't wait to talk with you soon!

Kaitlyn was amazing!! We will definitely be using her again. She is so kind and our dog loves her! At our meet and great she was open and willing to answer any questions we had. Once she started sitting for us, she sent picture updates everyday and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. She went above and beyond as our dog sitter and even watered our flowers!! Being newly relocated to the area, we didn't know where to begin with finding a pet sitter. Our pooch would usually travel with us but that wasn't an option this time. Following a friend's recommendation, I went on Rover.com and found Kaitlyn. She was available the dates we needed and came over for a Meet n' Greet. She asked questions, answered mine, and was very comfortable with our pooch. We took him for a walk so she could learn his mannerisms. All worked out so we gave it a go and were very pleased. Pooch and kitty were cared for, photos sent went requested, and house is in great shape. We look forward to Kaitlyn's next visit and our next trip without our pooch.

I also have experience with pets requiring specific care and medications or dietary restrictions and want to give your pets the best care they can get. I never run our of cuddles or pets and am that person who finds the pet in a new place and hangs out with them the entire time. I'm excited to take care of your fur babies and am willing to adapt and learn concerning many different needs and in many different situations.

Please let me know your pups energy level, strength level, and tendencies when interacting with other dogs so I can plan what my day will look like with them. Also any medical needs they may have or tendencies that are unique to them. Also if they are comfortable around people, I have experienced dogs that are just uncomfortable around very tall people or people with deep voices and it would be great to know about those qualities in ur pup before hand!
A typical day
I am an athlete and always have been so I am always ready to go for a walk, run, or swim. I grew up in Maine so the outdoors is in my blood. I love to go on hikes and regularly get outside whether it's a walk in the woods or up to the peaks.

I am a full time student who loves to stay busy. During week days I will be able to check in on ur pups after class or practice and then on the weekends I can spend longer hours hanging out with the fur babies.
