Pet care experience
Hello! I am an Animal Science Industry student at the University of Findlay finishing my degree online and am new to the Round Lake Beach area. I have over 15 years of experience with a variety of animals including domestic and farm along with some exotic animals and am able to care for any animal while you're away (even if it's feeding your snake or fish while I drop in to care for your dog/cat). I also have several years of experience acting as a veterinary assistant/technician and can comfortably take care of special needs pets and give medication (such as pills or insulin injections) however and whenever needed. Further, I do have experience handling working dogs such as retired police and service dogs and could care for them to your specifications rather than putting them through the stress of boarding. I consider myself flexible to your animal's needs and can handle several animals with no age/weight/breed restrictions. Kaitlyn is studying ro be a vet so her knowledge of animals is vast. She has always been willing to help, she has her own dog that is very respectful and well trained. I have seen her interact with all kinds of animals and none of them have been negative, I would trust my own animals to her.

I do not have any breed preferences. I do ask that animals not be aggressive towards humans and to be appraised of any behavioral concerns (food aggression, dislike of other dogs, ect.) in order to properly care for your animal and to try to avoid potential situations.
A typical day
I prefer to stick to routes that are frequented by you so as to help your animal feel safe and confident as they are exercised. However, I am willing to take them to new, safe areas locally as requested to enjoy whatever activity your pet prefers.
