So my dog Lady Bird and I have a very codependent relationship. While we have some very nice boarding kennels here, I have so much anxiety dropping Lady off at one. So when I saw Kaitlin post on Facebook that she is on Rover and loves taking care of pets, I was like oh HELL YEA. I have been friends with Kaitlin and have known her since undergrad - so over ten years I think. Also I'm friends with her on Snap Chat and seeing all her posts, it's apparent she is just as much of an animal lover as I am. Kaitlin watched Lady this past weekend while I was at a wedding in NYC, and I had absolutely zero anxiety like I normally do when I am away from Lady. She sent me sweet photos and videos of Lady and her pup Romulous playing and loving on each other all weekend. Lady was extremely well cared for, and I am so grateful to Kaitlin. Lady may have also been a little depressed when her new BFF left.
