Kaitlin was great with my cat, and she was friendly and responsive. She played with various toys and cleaned up a couple accidents on the carpet. As my first petsitting experience with Rover, I learned it's important to discuss expectations. Kaitlin respectfully addressed my concerns when I noted the duration of the first couple visits were shy of the 30-minutes and unexpected guests had come along.

kaitlin is a life saver! she is so kind, gentle and loving to our family dog. she is our go to dog sitter while we are away or at work. she takes our pups on long walks, feeds them, plays with them and truly treats them like her own! we love kaitlin!
