Kaitlin did a fantastic job watching my dog when I was away for the weekend. She was really communicative even before watching her, which really put me at ease. Throughout the stay, she sent me lots of pictures of my dog which again helped ease my nerves being away and confirmed that she was taking good care of her. She treated my home with respect and left it exactly the way I left it. I would definitely reach out to her again!

Before using Rover, I have worked with a few other dog caregivers here and there. Because of a change in job responsibilities, I now have an unpredictable schedule with both long hours and frequent trips. Finding Kaitlin, as a dog caregiver, has helped me tremendously in making sure Pochi, my dog, is taken care of. Kaitlin has been flexible with my schedule and showed enthusiasm in wanting to help take care of Pochi. Aside from taking Pochi out for walks and feeding her, Kaitlin has been prompt to communicate with me about any concerns or updates regarding Pochi. It brings me joy every time I am reunited with Pochi to see that she is happy and well taken care of. Besides the dog caring responsibilities, Kaitlin has been professional with communication and respect for my home. Since working with Kaitlin, I no longer worry about how Pochi is doing, but instead, I look forward to seeing Pochi when I get home knowing that she has been taken care of.
