Pet care experience
I've grown up with a Boston Terrier and we adopted a second in the past year. I've provided puppy care such as potty training and adhered to the special needs of adopting a dog from a shelter. I make sure I make dogs feel comfortable on their terms. I've pet sitted for a variety of dogs with a variety of needs. I'm able to handle situations such as food aggression, dogs being nervous around other dogs and but also ones that are friendly with everyone! I love being able to provide a dog a positive experience by using positive reinforcement and providing lots of affection! I'm a very active person myself so if your dog needs to play to burn off extra energy or more intense exercise I would love to provide that!

We were in the area on vacation, needed a pet sitter for the day, and saw all the great reviews Kaitlin had and decided to give her a try. She was amazing! She showed us where the pups would be hanging out and gave us picture updates throughout the day. Our dogs took to her right away and my Hershey had fun with her Roscoe. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely use her again.

Hello! When I think of Kaitlin handling people’s pets, I get very happy for those pets. I have seen her interact with different types of animals and all of them have loved her. Dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, even fish. Have you ever seen a fish perk up when they see someone? It’s wild. She understands animals and knows what they want and need. She can handle any animal or any amount. She is true a pet whisperer. Your pets will be in good hands with her I promise you that.

I really like knowing ahead of time if there's things your working on with your pet so I can help reinforce positive behavior! I've cared for dogs with severe separation anxiety and reactive dogs as well. So nothing is a challenge for me I just like to know what your family prefers words/behaviors e.g sitting at cross walks so I can help!

I work in downtown LA and my commute home is usually an hour. Most days I'm home by 5pm and can be available any time in the afternoon 5:30-9:30 :]]
