Bad sitter after all. Disregard all previous reviews. We're questioning everything. Despite express and written feeding instructions during our short absence, I arrived home early to find a howling cat trapped in the bathroom, while the other was rendered unable to use the cat box. Sitter mentioned that she went there with more than one person, "we", when I did not authorize anyone else to be there. Nightmare trying to address issues by text. Took no responsibility for violations of written instructions. She also held my keys, stating she would return them at her convenience some other time. Buyer beware.
