Hi, we're newlyweds: Kaitlyn and Derek! We’re just teachers (no kids), waiting to look after your cute pup. 💜 We don’t currently have a dog, so your pet will be treated as one of our own. Kaitlyn has had dogs, cats (even a bunny), and more since she was a child. But, we've done both cat and dog sitting over the years. Both of us have had a large dog growing up, as well as a small dog (for 16 years that passed a few years ago). We've also had four cats over the years. Recently, we've taken care of some friend's energetic corgi, German shepherd, Australian Shepard, French bulldog, as well as another friend's "attached" chihuahua mix.

Kait and Derek were great! We boarded our dog with them and they took wonderful care of him! They sent daily updates and were very responsive. My dog was well cared for!
Kait & Derek were quick to reply to my dog sitting request. They sent me daily updates about my dog during his stay. My dog was very comfortable with them and had a great time. I will recommend and use their dog sitting services in the future.
This was the first time that I left Bear with a Rover sitter and Kait and Derek were great! They communicated about how he was doing and sent pictures. Bear was happy and calm when I picked him up. I will definitely book with them again.
Kaitlyn and Derek were wonderful! We were able to do a Meet & Greet at their home before booking. They have a large yard and sent us pictures daily. I really like that they only take one dog at a time so there aren't any issues while boarding. We'll be booking again in the future.

We have a fenced yard with AstroTurf, concrete, and bark. We also have a double lot, so there is plenty of room for you pet outside. We have two cats that will be locked away (upstairs) when your pet is over. We have a crate (up to 25 pound) that is usable if you prefer.

We love to go for walks, taking your dog with me! We live a 10-minute walk from Tahoe Park, so your dog will get the exercise, but also play around in the park.

Availability
Currently, Kaitlyn works mostly from home, so this allows flexibility while sitting for your pet. She can take breaks frequently, so your pet will get frequent attention! Derek will also be helping out with your pet, so they get all the attention they need.
