Hi there! My name is Kailey Trapp. I am a college student with a love of friends, food, and fur babies!! I have owned and helped care for at least two dogs at a time my whole life and there was no greater joy for me growing up than having them around. Rover is a match made in heaven for me because I get to make your day a little less stressful and enjoy your pets at the same time! I am completely comfortable working with any size, age, or breed of dog so long as they have some basic manners! There’s plenty of variety when it comes to the dogs that I’ve taken care of throughout my life. I’ve cared for dogs ranging from 8lbs all the way up to 100lbs, new puppies, adults, senior dogs, and breeds with several different personalities from golden retrievers to terrier mixes. I am also comfortable with other kinds of pets if you have them including reptiles.

Kailey is a very valued part of our family. My pups seem to be very happy with her staying here and I love the fact that we can travel knowing our older dog (Guinness) is happy and safe. Amber is a sloppy girl and Kailey never complains about all the drool. I can highly recommend her services.

Kailey stayed with our 3 large pups recently, and did a great job! My pups can be messy and overwhelming at times, and Kailey was very accommodating. I will be asking her to take care of them for all our future trips.

I am happy to honor any feeding time rituals, exercise routines, or comfort accommodations that you usually practice while you are away. Just let me know ahead of time, or leave me a note with the details on how they like to be pampered :)

Please let me know if your fur baby has any medical needs like medication or a special food routine, if they have any specific activities they love to do or toys they love to play with, where you allow and do not allow them in your home, where they like to go on walks, or anything else that you can think of that would make them more comfortable while you’re away! My goal is to keep their routine as close to normal as possible so that they can have a stress free environment while you are away, and you can have a stress free trip where you won’t have to worry about them!
A typical day
I strive to provide a stimulating environment for your fur babies. I will make sure to get in plenty of their favorite exercise whether that means walks, chasing the tennis ball, hide and seek, or puzzle toys, and I’ll ensure that I am there to keep them company as much as I can.

Availability
Other than a few planned trips, my schedule is currently wide open for your fur babies on both weekends and week days this summer! My rule of thumb is when I’m away from your home for errands, exercise, or other activities, I will always plan to be back within 4 hours. The only time that I would consider surpassing that is if you have explicitly stated that your pet does well on their own for longer stretches.
