Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of my own pets all my life, from the age of 5. I’ve had cats, dogs (including puppies), frogs, tropical fish, and birds. I currently have a 4 year old dog named Darby who I rescued as a puppy. I am experienced with training dogs and teaching them new commands. I am passionate about all animals and provide them with exceptional care, safety, exercise, and fun.

Kailey is very communicative, patient, and easy to work with. She is great with dogs and loves being around them. I know she does a great job caring for her pup, Darby. I know that Darby gets spoiled from all the, walking, hiking, and other outdoor activities that Kailey likes to take her on. I would trust her with my pup any time!
Kailey was absolutely wonderful! We left our dog, Maria, with her for the weekend we knew she would be in good hands. She took Maria to the park daily and treated her liked a princess so much so that Maria was sad to come back home. Kailey sent us daily updates with photos and videos of Maria playing, sleeping, eating and even drinking, which as a helicopter pet parent, made me feel so at ease! I cannot recommend her enough!
Kailey is a phenomenal dog sitter who has looked after my dog on multiple occasions. She is trustworthy and truly cares about animals and loves taking care of them. I can’t think of a better dog caregiver!!

I go for long dog walks every day and visit dog parks, trails, beaches, and off-leash areas multiple times a week. I also take my dog running and hiking frequently if you have a high-energy dog who needs more intense exercise. I have dog seatbelts in my car that clip into the dog’s collar or harness for safety if I am transporting your pet anywhere.

A typical day
I love to walk around Burlington with my dog. We often explore new trails, like Red Rocks, Ethan Allen Park, etc. I enjoy taking my dog to the dog park also, usually Starr Farm. I hike and run often with my dog. I love playing fetch and tug of war with dogs. I also love to work on commands.

Availability
I currently work full time from home so my schedule is very flexible for dog walks and drop-in visits. My dog Darby is great with other pups if a play date is desired.
