Hi, my name is Jailen and I have 10 years of professional house sitting, boarding and dog walking experience. I am working on receiving my dog training certificate and would love to practice positive reinforcement on your pets in my care. I love all animals and do not have any restrictions on any pet that I will drop-in for. I have taken care of: dogs, cats, birds, snakes, geckos, turtles, fish, and rabbits in the past.

I cannot say enough about Jailen- They gave my cat (and my house) all the love and respect for the 5 days I was away. They were so communicative the whole time with their own questions, I received pictures daily (which is hard with an outside cat!), always quick to respond if I had questions, comments or concerns. Jailen works early (sometimes we’d text around 5:30am) in the morning so for them to come and keep an eye on my little guy was really special and does not go unnoticed. I couldn’t recommend Jailen more for any of your animal needs! We will definitely be returning customers. Bonus: They know someone who grows amazing produce and left me a super healthy, gigantic butternut squash which we roasted, made soup with, AND made bread with. Thanks Jailen!!
Thank you, Jailen, for a great first Rover experience! Jailen was easy to coordinate and communicate with, and sent us helpful updates while we were away. We would gladly have Jailen over to stay with our dog again!

Jailen is wonderful! We were planning several days away over a holiday weekend, and needed to find a sitter sort of last-minute. They formed an instant connection with our shepherd mix dog during the initial meet and greet. During the entire process, Jailen was very communicative, which we loved. Not only were they very responsive from the very first message, they also sent lots of photos while we were away. We know our dog got really great exercise and got to spend lots of time outside. And Jailen was with our dog during 4th of July fireworks and took extra care to comfort her from all of the noise. We highly recommend Jailen and definitely consider them as part of our dog's family and care network!

I have a fenced in patio and my neighborhood has a dog park & large areas of greenery for your dog to run about and relieve themselves. I can easily crate your dog if needed and will communicate with you an update of your pets experience, with pictures, multiple times a day.

I am accommodating to all animals in my care and will do my best to suit their needs individually.
A typical day
I love to find enriching ways to stimulate the pets in my care, both mentally and physically. Some activities that I have done in the past with the permission of their owners are: hiked, gone to the beach, built a puppy treat maze, run 2 miles in the neighborhood, have taught several tricks to pets in my care, etc.

Availability
I am full-time grad student and I am home all day so that I can focus on your pets needs. My schedule is flexible and I am able to adjust accommodate a variety of bathroom breaks, meal breaks, and play-time throughout the day.
