I am most familiar with small to medium size dogs, but I love dogs of all shapes and sizes. I would often watch my neighbors dogs (two dachshunds) for her while she was away on work trips or vacation trips, making sure they were fed twice a day and taken out to play and for potty breaks. I have also cared for Shih tzus, German shepherds, and Golden Retrievers. Also, I happen to have two dogs myself (one Shih tzu, and one mixed breed) and a cat. My family lives in an area with a decent amount of yard space and trails where I frequently walk my two dogs. I grew up having many animals as a child, anything from rabbits and guinea pigs, to dogs and cats. I could not imagine a life without pets, they are little members of the family. I am currently in college, looking for work during my breaks while I'm at home. I thought dog sitting/pet care would be a fun, and an enjoyable way to spend my time. I understand that boarding places and doggy daycares can be costly, I think its nice to have a website where you can find dog sitters who can provide care in the comfort of your own home where your dog is going to feel more relaxed and at ease. I would treat your pets as though they are my own, and provide the best care possible.
