I have had a passion for animals my whole life, so much so that I am getting my master's degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences at the University of Florida. I not only love dogs, but have studied their physiology and behavior making me well equipped to handle any type of dog or situation that comes my way. I grew up around dogs and currently have a one year old Great Pyrenees/ Anatolian Shepherd mix. In the past I had an Australian sheperd, Ryelee, that I took care of for his whole life. He was a true shepherd in nature, fiercely protective and hesitant to trust at first. He was also very high energy and demanded a lot of attention. I am prepared to deal with dogs of all different natures. Every dog deserves to be loved and given the best life possible, and that's what I hope to help provide for you and your fur baby. I am excited to meet you and your pup!

Kailee and I have been friends for over 4 years and in that time I have witnessed how much love and compassion Kailee has for dogs and all animals. She is a zoology major, so her love animals extends to her work. Kailee's dog Rylee is one of the most loved dogs on this planet. She takes excellent care of him and always provides a safe and loving environment for him. What makes Kailee an awesome human being is her passion towards animals. It is difficult to have a conversation with her and have her not bring up her dog or animals in general. She is the absolute perfect person for the job, and if I had a dog Kailee would be one of the few people I would let watch him.

I will definitely need to know the dog's temperament, especially around people and other dogs. How is he going to react when another dog walks by? Any health concerns should be shared and also any fears the dog may have. I know dogs that are afraid to cross the street or afraid of garbage cans, these are the type of things I should be aware of. I don't have a breed preference, I am not afraid of big dogs or stereotypical aggressive breeds, I'd be happy to walk and check in on any dog.
A typical day
In my experience walks are not only good for the dog physically, but mentally as well. The main enrichment practices put into place for canines are ones where they get to explore new ares and see and sniff as much stuff as their little nose can find. Therefore, I would hope to walk your pup in an area where he can adventure a little. However, I am completely open to ideas, the dog owner is in control in my opinion. If you have a preference of where you'd like your dog to be walked or taken then I'd be happy to oblige if possible.
