Pet care experience
My experience of various different animals has been in a farm, a zoo, with personal pets and with wildlife more recently. I have walked donkeys and horses, been certified in handling exotic animals, and been trusted with various people’s pets. My confidence in dog walking blossomed from walking a relatives pit bull and caring for a diabetic yorkie Poo. I take each task head on and am willing to do anything for any animal, no matter how big or small. I am a quick learner with newfound skills and am a graduate from Michigan state with my degree in wildlife biology and management. My love for animals has only grown and my efficient learning skills allow me to get to know different animals’ personalities quicker than most people.

I always care for pets per the owners requests. I like having details and getting to know your pets personality while walking them. Since I currently don’t have pets but have my whole life I can easily follow each specific pets needs and requests in terms of walking.

I like to know any details that are necessary when walking, for example how big they are, If they are trained well on a leash, if I need to watch out for anything specific such as other dogs or bikers. Any details that could make this walk some thing not typical.
A typical day
I will gladly walk the dogs wherever requested and for the time specified. If there are certain areas such as dog parks in walking distance I could also do that if it is something owners have introduced their pets into.

Unfortunately I don’t have a pet of my own at the moment which is why I joined rover in college. I fill the void of not having any dogs by helping walk other peoples and will make dog walking fit in weekly when I can.
