Pet care experience
I grew up with two Labradors that still have a place in my heart. I trained them, fed them, walked them, etc. During my college days I dog sat/watched/walked a Bernese mountain dog, a husky mix, and a few other big dogs. And I currently have one bird dog/mix and two indoor cats. My pup and I love to go on hikes, go on coffee runs with the top off the Jeep, or just hang in the yard, so our lifestyle will fit any dog’s energy level or needs.

Kaila took care of Roxie for 10 days. Kaila is very communicative and sent pics daily. Roxie even slept on the bed! I'm positive Roxievv loved that since she sleeps with me. She is spoiled. She had a great time and looked comfortable. Roxie had a stomach issue and she was great letting me know how she was doing. I would highly recommend Kaila!
Gemma is always happy to see Kaila. Came home happy.

I don't have any breed preferences, but I would like to know if the dog does/doesn't get along with other dogs/cats / children/ a certain gender. I would also like to know if the dog is good off-leash, is being trained on the leash, if there are any particular commands you give to the dog, etc.
A typical day
I live 20 minutes from Pisgah National Park. My dog and I love to go exploring, whether it being just a car ride, or a hike to a waterfall. If there is any specific activity your pet likes to do, just let me know and we’ll make it happen!

Availability
I try and give my clients and my dog enough time outside before I go to work. When I get home we get plenty of play time in the yard playing fetch or working on any training/tricks. For those looking for a house sitter: I would ask if I could bring my dog with me, as I work full time and don’t typically have someone to watch him.
