Pet care experience
My name is Kai, I have two dogs and three cats, so taking care of animals and being with them all the time is something I enjoy. I started my own animal/house-sitting business in high school around 9 years ago with numerous repeat clients (Refrences available upon request). I am 25 years old and I live in North East Portland. I work Wednesday - Sunday till around 2-3 pm. I have my own reliable small car and I am fine with driving dogs in my car if you’d like me to drive them to a park. I am comfortable with any sized dog (Big, medium, or small). I am always available for dog walking, checking in, and house or dog sitting. I’d love to set up a time to take care of your animals.

Kai has watched my home and dog on several occasions over the past 4 years. He is an exceptionally caring and intuitive young adult. Upon my arrival home, kai has always made sure that my house is clean and warm and always leaves a small note to communicate how things went while I was away. He is highly responsive whenever I reach out to utilize his services and makes the extra effort to meet with me before my trips to go over any details. I don’t think it’s possible to meet and talk with Kai and not feel comfortable with having him in your home and with your pets. The way my dog reacts whenever kai comes over reassures me that they have spent quality time together. I believe him to be a kind soul and intuitive with animals. Choose Kai if you want to feel relaxed and reassured next time you have to be away from home and your pets.
Kai was awesome! Very good at keeping in touch throughout the day and just overall did a great job.
Kai is very responsible and caring. He even took my dog for a prepaid pupuccino and sent me tons of pictures of her. One of the best walkers we have had.
I have known Kai for many years as a very reliable, honest and genuinely loving and caring young man with a big heart who connects with animals instantly and who I at any time would feel comfortable and trust whole heartedly taking care of my own animals and home . I’m do not have any breed preferences but I do like to know if they have certain things they don’t like and of course what they do like (food, treats, other dogs etc.). If the owner would like me to take them to a certain park or area that they enjoy I’d be happy to do that.
A typical day
I like to walk throughout the neighborhood and take them to play at parks. I have some of my own dog toys so they can play. I am always up to go for a run if they are.
