Pet care experience
Throughout my life, I've lived on a couple of different farms with various livestock like sheep, goats, chickens, so I'm comfortable with a lot of different animals. I've had cats, dogs, and rodents growing up in my family and we also fostered a few dogs growing up. I've watched pets for many of my family members, friends, and roommates.

I highly recommend Kaelyn. They have taken care of my animals for years (cats, dogs, birds, chickens, rats). They have taken my dogs on many walks and hikes as well as house sat numerous times and is always extremely communicative with me. I trust them completely with care of my animals and access to my house. I can not say enough about Kaelyn!

It's always very important to know your dog's daily routine. Without their usual human taking care of them, they tend to find comfort in their routines, so it's always important to discuss this. I also think it's important to discuss any potential stressors that may cause your pet anxiety so I can avoid them.
A typical day
Of course, this depends on if you have any special requests for walks. I will ask you if you are opposed to me taking your dog to the following: a dog park, around your neighborhood, walking in a park, or on a trail, because those are places I frequent with my own dog. It's also important for me to know what keeps your dog stimulated best (just walks, fetch, tug of war, kong, or a combination of all?). Of course whatever your request is, I will happily make it work!

Availability
My schedule is overall very flexible! I won't be available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons starting in late January, but until then I'm free on those afternoons.
