Pet care experience
I have been taking care of my own pets and others for the past 8 or so years. I have grown up with a Boarder Collie, a cat and two guinea pigs! My pets are one of my best friends and I always have the best time with them. I have always been the go to person to take care of the pets in my neighborhood when families went on trips, or were just late getting home from work. I am very friendly and energetic and can for sure keep up with your furry friend! I love walking, playing, feeding, cuddling, and taking care of the needs of your pet to keep them happy and healthy. I am totally open to taking care of other needs in the house, like getting the mail or watering plants. I am a very responsible person, I have my own transportation and only want the best for you and your pet’

We booked Kaelyn for a 2 night stay with our 2 chihuahuas and she did such a great job. She sent us photos and updates. She took them for walks…we would definitely book Kaelyn again!

Safety is of upmost importance for me and your pet. On walks, I always make sure your pup has a leash or a harness and I always keep them at a safe distance from incoming traffic or other people. At home, I always make sure the doors are closed and the gates are locked to prevent any pets from getting out.

I would like to know the specific needs of the dog so I can take the best care of them. How much food they need, any dietary restrictions, there favorite toy or treat, what I can do to make the dog feel as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
I love talking dogs on a walk to the park. I try to get outside with your furry friend as much as possible so they are able to get the exercise and fun that they need! I love to play catch, frisbee or tug of war with your puppy. Once they are tuckered out for the day I make sure they stay hydrated and are able to relax. I do this by giving them all the pets and cuddles that they need.

Availability
I am currently working part time, which give me plenty of time to play with your pets! I have a break from 12:30-3, which would allow plenty of time for a midday walk and after 5 if your pet needs to be let out in the evening.
