My name is Kaeli and I'm a recent graduate of CSU Fort Collins, where I studied sociology and economics. My husband and I just recently moved to Denver. My commitment to positive, compassionate animal handling is unwavering, and I take the safety and happiness of all my pet clients extremely seriously. I believe animals have the same rights as humans when it comes to their happiness, exercise, and attention. I'm a passionate animal lover and enjoy nothing more than hanging all day with my animal friends. I have a dog-loving cat named Zapachi, and a dog-and-cat-loving dog named Ny. We are constantly going for walks and getting mini-training sessions in to help her adjust to life as a dog-pet rather than the feral dog she was when we rescued her. (Ny isn't super friendly toward strangers, but melts for other dogs). I believe in positive, reward based training, and building a partnership with the animal you are working with, and I think any time you have a dog, you can be working on little things like learning to walk well on a leash or practicing basic commands for their future safety. I have worked at animal shelters, a vet office, as a dog walker, and countless free-lance home sitting jobs. I know how nerve wracking it can be to entrust your beloved pet to strangers, and it isn't something I take lightly. Any pet entrusted to me will be taken care of, loved, and interacted with endlessly.
