We're a house of 3 young professionals with a pair of 2 year old Pittie mixes. Our dogs are very well-behaved, dog and people friendly, and patient with other pups as they adjust. Which is to say, they will politely go at your dog's pace when it comes to socializing. We ask that your dog(s) be dog-friendly and house trained, for the safety and comfort of everyone involved. If your pup is not house-trained, we'll need their crate or assurance they'll be okay in a playpen for 3-4 hours. I have 2 human housemates, and 3 feline roommates who drift from our basement to the various rooms of our house. When our canine guests are not cat-trained and aware, the cats tend to occupy either the basement or the tower of our quirky bungalow- leaving the main floor and it's entertaining loop set-up to the pooches. We look forward to meeting you and your pup(s)!

Kae was more than I expected from a sitter. She is very comfortable with larger dogs and knowledgeable. I absolutely love the fact that she has a spare crate and also lets the dogs roam freely around the house. Her fenced in backyard is perfect and ensures me my dog will have a fun time.
Kae is a remarkable person with an incredible heart, a fierce attention to detail, and a driven sense of responsibility to care creatures big and small. I would be hard-pressed to think of someone more suited to being a dog sitter.
Definitely choose Kae! I have known Kae for a few years and they take great care of a variety of animals - dogs, cats, hedgehogs, ducks, a turtle and an axolotl. Kae is full of love and a wonderful caregiver to the animals in their life. In addition to their strong caregiving skills, Kae is also organized and responsible. Whatever you and your pet need, Kae will be attentive to deliver those services.

Monday-Friday: Your pup can feel free to arrive for their stay any time from 7 p.m. onward. Pick up weekdays is between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. or 6 p.m. and 8 pm. Saturday&Sunday: Drop-off and pick-up are flexible between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Length of stay notes: 1 weekend day will be considered 30 hours for your convenience. For example, a 2 night stay with a drop off at 10 a.m. on Friday does not need to be picked up until 4 p.m. on Sunday. If you are looking for a sitter for Thanksgiving or Christmas, I am happy to accommodate, but must have warned you that we will visiting my parents Wednesday November 27rh through Sunday December 1st as well as Friday December 20th through Sunday December 22nd- and this will be unable to accommodate pick-up or drop-off on those dates. My parents live right near hiking trails and have an extra large fenced-in area for their dogs with an in and out dog door for all day access. your fur babies will have a blast and we will send you plenty of pictures, and we are also happy to send you pictures of the setup beforehand if requested.
A typical day
We have a nice yard; spacious enough for our Red Brindle to run laps in and diverse enough in layout for her sister to jump, roll, and hide around. Your dog will have fun regardless of whether they prefer to sprint, roll, or meander their way around outside time. We are also fortunate enough to live just one mile from the Fitchburg Dog park, and we visit most days of the week.
